Slovenia: Weekly Hike: Frane - Sv. Ožbolt - Polančev vrh - Kopačev vrh - Prosenov grič - Frane & Climbing exercise with AO Tržič

Our sport and cultural society ŠKD Indijanci went on a forty-sixth morning hike (57th overall). One of our most loyal members returned from Australia, so he joined us and just for him, we did a little shorter hike with less vertical meters. We started the hike from a place called Frane and continued to the peak called Sveti Ožbolt, 859 m, (named after a church on the top, dedicated to Saint Oswald). We continued to Polančev vrh, 905 m, and Kopačev vrh, 870 m, to the highest point of the day, Prosenov grič, 914 m. From there we descended back to our starting point.

Attendees: Rok, Tuši and Grega

Selfie on our way back in a deserted Subaru Justy. Luckily the battery was dead, otherwise we would ride back down.

ŠKD Indijanci - Outdoor Recreation #57

In the afternoon I joined AO Tržič (local alpine climbing association) climbing course in Dovžan Gorge. We learned how to do some knots and we climbed a little.
