Slovenia / Croatia / Bosnia and Herzegovina: Motorcycling to Kozara National Park
Our 3rd mountain biking trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina started and with Nada we decided to leave a day earlier and as usual, with a motorbike. Our adventure started after work and on our first day we just drove over Croatia to our destination, Kozara National Park in Republika Srpska, BiH.
On the way we shortly stopped in towns Karlovac, Hrvatska Kostajnica and Prijedor.
Previous mountain biking trips to BiH in 2016 (Day 1) and 2015 (Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3).

Fortress Kastel was built most probably in the 14th century and owned by the members of the noble families Frankopan, Lipovečki, Tot, Benvenjud and finally (in the 16th century) Zrinski, so it is today also known as "Zrinski fortress". |
