Czech Republic: 2015 IIHF World Championship in Ostrava, Day 2

Our hockey days in Vítkovice (Ostrava) continued. After the breakfast Nada and me put on the roller blades and we headed towards the ČEZ Aréna for our 2nd match against Russia.

 

Before the breakfast we explored the area around our hostel. The place used to be a steel factory and is the only place in Europe where the entire iron production process took place at one single site and where the facilities have been preserved.

Match ended 5-3 for Russia. Report. Unfortunately we lost the 1st third 3-0 and then we couldn't catch up.

After the match we continued exploring the South-west of Ostrava.
