AustriaSetiče, Kriva peč and Ressnig-Teich

Setiče is a nearby peak in neighboring Austria, that we already conquered in 2018 (14401). Today Bronco joined us and with him we prolonged the trip to Kriva peč - Garmin Connect. We all ended the day near the pond Ressnig-Teich, where we had a nice refreshing end of the day.

Sele (Zell) lies in a side valley on the north of the Karawank on the Slovenian border about 20 km south of Celovec and 6 km south of Borovlje.

Easy marked way leading to the summit.

Stops on the way.

Nada.

Bronco spotted the group of Chamois.

With Bronco we reached the summit. Since we left Nada behind, we continued towards Kriva peč.

View to Košuta Massif.

Ridge to Kriva peč.

Looking back to Setiče, where Nada will wait for us.

On Kriva peč. An unknown side peak of Setiče.

View to lake Homeliško jezero.

Nada was patiently waiting on the top.

Nada, Bronco and Tuši.

Let's go back.

Hurry up Nada.

Almost back in the valley.

According to the 2001 census, 89.1% of the inhabitants of Sele are of Carinthian Slovenian descent, which is the highest percentage of all municipalities in the state of Koroška.

Refreshment in nearby Ferlacher Badesee, called also Ressnig-Teich or Boroveljsko pregradno jezero.

Bronco doesn't want to swim, but he likes to bark if someone else does.

After a while we Bronco and me did a quick geocaching hike.

Humberk - Burg Hollenburg is situated on a rock on the northern slope of the Drava valley.

Swans in Little Drava.

Under the road.

This is as far Bronco goes into the water.
