Slovenia: MTB - Trans Karavanke, Day 4

The Trans Karavanke MTB Trail extends from Jezersko to Tromeja. It mostly runs along forest roads on the sunny slopes of the Karawanks, and only climbs to a ridge and the border with Austria at its westernmost point, Peč, or Tromeja.

On our final day, we had to cover 3 ascents in 2 municipalities, Jesenice and Kranjska Gora. Just before it started to rain we escaped back into the valley, where we finished our 4 day transcending. Overall we made around 150 kilometers with 5500 vertical meters - Garmin Connect.

We really enjoyed some nice section on our route.

Finalists: Tina, Teja, Elvis (joined on last stage), Sabina (joined last 2 stages), Tuši, Vinko, Baki. Also with us were Mateja (escaped for the photo), Janez (was with us only first stage).

We successfully filled the booklet with all 13 stamps.
