Our 2nd day of our
backcountry skiing camp organized by
Chera Hiking was here. We had a good breakfast and then we simply headed towards our today's destination, Peitlerkofel. In this part of the Dolomites, they speak the
Ladin language, but knowing that didn't help us ascending to the summit. When we arrived to the Peitlerscharte below the peak, we formed more smaller groups and only one group followed the initial plan, while other groups found new goals. My group made some skiing on fresh snow and then conquered another saddle. We regrouped at Ütia Majarëi and then descended back to our Lungiarü, followed by the regular evening activities.
