Slovenia: Talež
Bronco and me were home alone, so we simply went hiking, although the weather forecast wasn't promising. Our destination was Talež on Jelovica karst plateau - Garmin Connect.
Crossing the Sava Bohinjka river. |
Bronco didn't pay any attention to the fire salamander on the way. |
During World War II, Jelovica was a refuge for the Slovene Partisans, so we can find some monuments dedicated to the them and some others too.
That's us on Hunting cottage Talež, 725 m. |
Our view back to the valley. |
