Austria: Vgrizeva planina and Kosmatica

We are continuing with the list of hikes, that was  prepared by our local sports club ŠD Podljubelj. Today we drove to Austria, to Poden valley, where we parked. Our hike started, passing Poden restaurant and Mlaka. Soft snow wasn't our friend, but we easily reached our first goal, Vgrizeva planina (Ogrisalm), 1569 m, where we had a short break. From there we continued to nearby peak Kosmatica (Kosmatitza), 1659 m and after a descent, our circular route was finished.

Start in the centre of Žabnica (Bodental).

 

Unfortunately, we didn't find the geocache, so we continued towards Podnar (Bodenbauer) restaurant.
