Austria: Moto ride to European Bike Week 2013

Like every year, one of the biggest European motorbike events took place around Lake Faak (Baško jezero). This year we decided to visit it on Friday and stay there over the night in the tents.

Cloud-topped mountains crown a valley with an azure lake at its centre. All is calm, all is quiet. Then it comes: a rumble like the mountains are on the march. The sound of more than 100,000 riders from around the globe on 75,000 bikes warms our alpine atmosphere – and will continue to do so for the five days of this European Bike Week® in Faaker See, Austria.

Since all the official camps were full, we just set or tents in a park next to the road.
