Many friends said they will go cycling around
Vrbsko lake, but the majority changed their mind in the morning, since it was raining a little in
Slovenia. The bad weather at the start didn't stop Aleš, so he joined me and in half an hour we were on the
Austrian side of
Karawanks. The weather was getting better with every kilometre and the rain stopped after 45 minutes from our start.
The main goal for today was to cycle around the
Vrbsko Lake. The road around the lake was closed for traffic for a day and many people use this for roller-blading and cycling. More about this yearly event can be found here:
