Croatia: Ivanščica and Surprise Visit

Ivanščica is the highest mountain in northern Croatia, with its peak reaching an elevation of 1061 meters. It is part of the Zagorje region and is known for its lush forests, diverse flora and fauna, and numerous hiking trails. Nada, bronco and Nada visited it from Prigorec village and on top, where there is a mountain hut, we had a few drinks - Garmin Connect. When we returned back to our weekend house, we received a surprise visit from Rokly and Badžo and then we had a long evening, playing cards.

Many trails lead to the top and many of them are also suitable for mountain biking.

Welcome to Ivanščica.

Since it was 1st of May, a holiday, there was quite a lot of people at the summit.

The last time we were here, in 2015 (13376), we had to use the shelter.

Returning back to the valley.

Mill "Friščićev mlin" is located near Prigorec on Bistrica stream and was built in 1956.

Snack with the fire.

Badžo and Rokly brought us čevapčiči for dinner. Great surprise guys.

Evening with cards.

Geocache found:
- Veliki Rok (914 m), GC7RMF4, that received a visit  by trackable items "Spartan Medal", TB9K7R9 and "Second Angel of peace", TBA8B55)
