Slovenia: Climbing Janc-Mali

3 couples gather today to climb an easy route called Janc Mali in the slopes of Begunjščica, 160 meters long, graded IV+/IV-III. Maja, Nada, Ana, Aleš, Tadej and me quickly came to the start of the climbing point, but the route itself was harder than we thought. The affects from the landslide 3 months ago were covering the grips and rocks were still falling from the sky. Nada and me were the first one to start climbing and our rope tripped many rocks, so the other two couples wisely decided to retreat. Nada and me continued and after the first pitch, the conditions became better and we enjoyed climbing all the way to the top. After the climbing we all gathered at our place and we had a nice barbecue.

After we moved away from the landslide, the climbing got much nicer

Slovenian belokranjska pogača is a type of traditional flatbread. This one is additionally topped up with cheese and pancetta.

Some childhood fun for the end
