Croatia: Hike to Southernmost point of Krk

Yesterday we saw, that the nearby beach gets very crowded during the day, so we decided to do a morning hike and explore the less travelled area of Krk. Our destination was the southernmost point of island Krk and nearby beaches. In good 2 hours we conquered the 185m high peak Bag and reached our bay, called "Uvala Bracol", just a few 100 meters away from the southernmost point. Since the area was very windy we returned back a little, to bay "Uvala Vela Draga". It was time to test our snorkelling gear. Life in the sea wasn't very reach, some small fishes, few starfish and many urchins. After a while we moved on and on our way back we checked the ruins of St. Nikolas church. The Sun was very hot, so we soon returned back to the civilisation over the saddle "Prijevoj Vraca". The remaining of the day was reserved for normal seaside activities.
