Slovenia: Zeleniške špice and Planjava

Another nice day in the mountains with good company and nice easy climbing parts, graded II-III. We started our exercise at 5:30 a.m. and we headed towards Staničev vrh, 1805 m, from where we descended a bit with the help of the rope. We continued on the ridge all the way to Najvišji rob (Zeleniške špice), 2127 m, where the climbing part ends. This supposed to be the nicest climbing ridge in the Kamnik–Savinja Alps.

Our next destination was Planjava, eastern peak, 2392 m, which was also the highest point of the day. From there we continued to Kamniška koča na Kamniškem sedlu mountain hut, 1864m, where we had our well deserved beer.

From the hut we only descended back to our cars at Jermanca, 900 m, and then we returned back home.

Good morning

Climbing was finished and we arrived to Najvišji rob (Zeleniške špice), 2127 m

We continued towards Planjava

2 minutes to beer

Priceless. When the waiter tells you there is no beer left. In the end it was just a joke from my friends, when they asked the waiter to tell us, that the beer stock was empty. Thanks "friends".

Nearby Brana, where we were with Nada last week.

Smoking descent

Another shot, another selfie.
