Slovenia: Bowling
As the year draws to a close, a group of engineers from the Ljubljana office decided it was time for one last team gathering before the holidays. A surprisingly large crowd signed up, and we headed to WOOP! Arena in BTC City Ljubljana for an evening of bowling, food, drinks, and good company.
The competition started on the bowling lanes, where some people clearly had more talent than others, although the results became less important as the evening went on. Between frames, we enjoyed a few beers, shared a couple of pizzas, and caught up on everything that had happened throughout the year.
After a few games and plenty of laughs, the evening continued in the centre of Ljubljana. The change of scenery gave us the perfect opportunity to extend the gathering, enjoy a few more drinks, and properly celebrate another successful year with colleagues.
Let's just say our engineering skills are stronger than our bowling skills.
The strikes were rare, but the beers kept coming.
