And finally first longer ride with my Fazer. Peter and Janez, my travel mates in May came to visit and we first went to Završnik, where Grega nad Mary live. They will also join us on our 1st of May trip to Balkans. We helped them to stop their work with the new fence. We also tried their home made juice and highland cattle salami, both were perfect.

After goodbye, Janez and me showed Peter some small roads in Gorenjska region (Podnart, Kropa, Jamnik, Besnica) and after a drink in Kranj we said goodbye to each other. I continued towards Krvavec, where Luža event took place. After a beer and some words with my co-worker I decided to go home.

Today I finished watching the series called "24".

From wikipedia:

24 is an American television series produced for the Fox Network and syndicated worldwide, starring Kiefer Sutherland as Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) agent Jack Bauer. Each 24-episode season covers 24 hours in the life of Bauer, using the real time method of narration. Premiering on November 6, 2001, the show spanned 192 episodes over eight seasons, with the series finale broadcast on May 24, 2010. In addition, the television movie 24: Redemption was broadcast between seasons six and seven, while a feature film of the same name is also planned, with filming to begin in spring 2012.

A little bit of cycling in the morning. First ride this year.

Then also a first ride with motorbike, but only 200 meters. The engine started without hesitating after resting for a couple of months, I only refilled the battery before the start. Now I am waiting for my pants to be fixed. Ziper was destroyed last year.









In the afternoon I took my niece Klara and nephews Tim and Matic for a walk. We walked 3,6km down the village to a party. It took us 55 minutes.

And in the end, The party. Čajčk, Grog, Pija and Lang were responsible for another day with beer and liquors.

Today was the biggest Slovenian sport event, ski-jumping in Planica and since many people go there, I got up at 3:30 a.m. At 4:30 I already drank the first Laško. We went on a bus in Šenčur at 5:00 a.m. and at 6:30 we were already in Planica.

Hiking is good for hangover so there was no reason why we wouldn't discover nearby hiking paths. We (Anna, Ljubka, Tanja, Borut, Vizo, Darja and me) drove to Ljubelj and then hiked to Preval. On our way Anna found a geocaching treasure. From Preval we wanted to continue to Dobrča, but we changed our minds, because of the snow. So our next destination was Roblek. Unfortunatelly there was also a lot of snow so we continued towards planina Planinca and in the end to Draga valley. We also visited castle Grad Kamen.

In the end Hank, who was skiing in Vogel, picked us up and we went to visit a gorge called Dovžanova soteska.

In the evening we went to Kranj. Two CouchSurfers from Kamnik, Peter and Anže came to the city and we visited some bars together. The night ended in our hunters room again.

The big boss Mike Pangia from the USA came to visit our company and at noon we had a short meeting.

And after the meeting, the real Friday begun. First some beers after work, then a great dinner at my home, thanks to my mum. And in the evening we went out again. First we met some friends at Casa Latina and after a drink we started ascending to Dom pod Storžičem mountain hut. The sound of diatonic button accordion helped us on the way up and at the top there was a big party.
