Slovenia: Planina Planinca and Polška planina

For the first hike in 2021, Nada and me chose something easy. We drove in Draga valley from where we hiked to Planina Planica. We were still full of energy when we arrived to the mountain pasture, so we prolonged our trip to Polška planina and from there we returned back to Draga valley in Begunje na Gorenjskem.

 

Through the forest to the mountain pasture.

Sun broke through the fog.

The garden was asleep.

Tea time.

Arrived to Tomčeva koča na Poljški planini mountain hut.

Plenty of snow.

 

We turned around and started returning past Planinca pasture.

The fog moved back to the valley.
