Slovenia: MTB - Bistriška planina and Hudi grad
Today I made an easy mountain bike trip from Bistrica pri Tržiču to Bistriška planina. On my way back I stopped at the remains of the castle Hudi grad.

| Altgutenberg or Hudi grad, as the locals call it, is first mentioned in written records in 1156 in connection with the name of the knight Alberon of Gutenberg, the founder of the Gutenberg family. |

| The castle was not rebuilt after the 1511 earthquake and the family moved its seat to nearby Glanz Castle. |
 |
| The castle is named after nearby Dobrča peak and belongs among the oldest Slovenian castles. |
