Croatia: Bicycle trip from Cres to Mali Lošinj and back: Vacation Day 12/17

On our second day on Island Cres Nada and me decided to go to Mali Lošinj. For our transportation we chose bicycles.

We did some GeoCaching on the way, and the first one took us to this remains of the Franciscan monastery in Osor.

Osor lies at a narrow channel that separates islands Cres and Lošinj. The channel was built in Roman times to make sailing possible. Now the islands are connected with a rotating bridge. Originally Cres and Lošinj were one island.
