Slovenia: Hiking day: Ukanc - Vogel - Rodica - Črna Prst - Bohinjska Bistrica

This hike has been in our plans for a couple of months and we should've done it yesterday, but the bad weather stopped us, so Rok and me decided to do it today. We started hiking at 5 a.m. from Ukanc and after 3 hours we were on our first peak, Vogel, 1922 m. After a short break we continued on the ridge to our next and highest peak of the day, Rodica, 1966 m, where we met the first person today. We ate a little bit and continued to Črna Prst, 1844 m. After 7 hours of hiking it was time for a beer in a hut named after Zorko Jelinčič, a member of one of the first anti-fascist resistance movements in Europe called TIGR (Trst (Trieste), Istra (Istria), Gorica (Gorizia) and Reka (Rijeka)). It was active between 1927 and 1941. We continued with the descent to Bohinjska Bistrica, from where we took the bus to our starting point.

It's a long way behind us. We came from the peak that is covered with clouds. Still a lot to in front of us.

We descended on educational trail to Orožnova koča na planini za Liscem mountain hut and continued to Bohinjska Bistrica
