In the morning Tim, Klara, Nada and me went cycling. Our destination was Udin Woods (Udin boršt), one of the oldest glacial terraces in the Ljubljana Basin.
In the afternoon we attended the Anžon Family gathering. Every first Sunday in October Anžon family gathers together at the sawmill, where my grand grand mum and grand grand dad lived and like always, at least 50 people came (out of more than 100). Great food, drinks, air rifle competition and various chats are on the menu for the whole afternoon.

The Udin boršt woods is dominated by Scots pine, and deciduous trees include sessile oak, hornbeam, and beech. It has natural value in terms of its botanical features, terrain, and geomorphology. It was given the status of a protected landscape area in 1985.

Kriva Jelka ("Crooked Fir") is a place in Udin woods where bandits used to gather.

Modern bandits in Udin boršt
Tim was very agile on his bike
Some say we were lost for a while, but we just explored new areas
The funniest part of our riding - Nada did a crazy stunt
