Slovenia: Late Valentine's Dinner
Instead of cooking for Valentine's Day, Nada and me decided to go out. Since we have an awesome restaurant just a shot away, we didn't hesitate where to go.
Today on the menu:
- Tuna Carpaccio
- Tortelloni with Salmon and Horseradish
- Herbal Monkfish fillet
- Chocolate Ganache with Strawberry Sorbet
- Buckwheat Omelette with Cranberries
- Cabernet Sauvignon
2 T's - Tuši and Tuna Carpaccio
Nada with 2 T's - Tuna Carpaccio and Tortelloni with Salmon and Horseradish
