Slovenia: Pohorje Express

Our cycling trip to BiH was postponed for a year, so the group decided to do some cycling on nearby Pohorje. A group of 12 people gathered on nice Sunday morning and 2 vehicles headed towards Maribor. We parked near the cable car station, where we waited for our local guide and as soon as she arrived we started pedalling. As it is normal for this group, we got separated after a few hundred meters and we continued as 3 different groups with some angry individuals. After a while we regrouped again and we decided, that we should meet at the top cable car station and fire the local guide.Well, on the other hand she also fired us. One by one we arrived to designated place, where we split into few different groups. Nada and me decided to be in the strongest one and we made a nice trip all the way to Koča na Pesku mountain hut, where we had a blueberry strudel along with a short pause. Time told us, that we should start returning back and as usual we chose a different route back. Finish of the cycling trip was a ride in Bike Park Pohorje, with an analysis along the beer for the end.
