Slovenia: Starigrad Smlednik

In the morning Nada, Rok and me went looking for a geocache. We calculated the starting coordinates a while ago, but since this was a night cache, we had to do the final search at night. Our search for the clues and the final location was successful, so we started the day with signing the logbook and a nice hike to Old Castle above Smlednik .

The first owner of the Smlednik Castle was supposed to be the knight Ulrich Smlednik (Wdalricus de Fledinich) in 1136, who was the ministerial of the Counts of Andechs.
