Austria: Mountain biking - Radiške Gure with Sojniška peč

Mountain bikes were sad in our garage, so Nada and me decided to take them out on a ride. Our destination was an area between Celovec and river Drava. We cycled in village Loka (Lak) in district Vetrinj (Viktring), in a village Zgornje Dole (Obertöllern) in district Žihpolje (Maria Rain) and in a village Osojnica (Zwanzgerberg) in a district called Žrelec /Ebenthal). Our final destination was Sojniška peč (Predigtstuhl) with a nice view to Celovec (Klagenfurt).

We started our trip near creek Osojniški potok (Zwanzgerberger Bach).

 

Some parts were quite steep and Nada didn't like them, so I had to maintain safety distance.

We finished the mountain bike trip with a descent back to the vicinity of the creek Osojniški potok.
