Slovenia: Hike & Fly - Gozd - Kriška gora - Križe

Rok and me decided to do another hike & fly trip and Nada accompanied us from Gozd to the top, where the take off site is just next to Koča na Kriški gori mountain hut, 1471 m. All was great, except the foggy layer below us. All we hoped is, that it wasn't very thick. We landed in Križe.

 

Hiking part 

 

Our question: "Is it a thin or thick layer?" Well, we'll see (or not).

Good conditions for take off and Rok was quickly flying

Awesome visibility for a couple of minutes, then for a while, it will be zero

All good and after a few steps I was also airborne

 

Last flight this year for me

Foggy layer was just 50 m thick

Time to land and grab a beer

For the first time I landed in Križe
