Slovenia: 100 Mbps Ethernet Splitter/Joiner

I have one Cat 5e UTP cable at home that connects a TV set-top box and a modem and I wanted to connect a data signal from another modem to Raspbmc media player. Since all connections are 100 Mbps, 8 wires can accept 2 separate connections, therefore I made a PCB (ordered it here https://oshpark.com/) that does that.

How to put 2 100 Mbps networks into 1 Cat 5e UTP cable? Solution is simple, you need 2 100 Mbps Splitter/Joiner boards

Initial testing showed that everything runs smoothly.
