Slovenia: Fine cuisine in and around Kranj

17 restaurants are participating at the 2nd Fine cuisine in and around Kranj and Karavla 297 was one of them. Nada and me decided to taste what they had to offer.

  

We started with greetings from the kitchen and then we continued with Tržiške bržole, a mutton stew.

 

Main dish was rabbit thigh with tarragon štrukelj (rolled pastry) and for the desert, we had buckwheat omelet.
